What is an Outdoor Bootcamp?

Outdoor Bootcamps are a fun and effective way to get fit and stay healthy. A little like circuit training each bootcamp is a high impact, intensive training session. They are rapid and hard work but produce fantastic results!

All fitness levels are catered for and all abilities train together. Not only is this really motivating but is a down to earth fun way to social with like minded people.

Working together in a group really helps you to push yourself and make maximum use of the time you set aside for exercise.

Wednesday – 6.30am • 9:30am

Friday – 6.30am • 9:30am

Saturday –  10am
