It’s a great way to get outside if you’re someone who works from home or is stuck in an office most of the day. It can be hard for many to get outside so spending time outside in your week getting your workout done is a great way of doing that.
Being outdoors means there’s more space to use a variety of equipment and try lots of different styles of training e.g. running & high intensity training so it keeps the sessions versatile and interesting
